Contract Duration: 12 Months

Required Skills & Experience

• Content designer with background in marketing and some experience in financial services.

• 4+ years of Management consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education.

• UX User Experience

• UI User Interface Design

• Content Design

• Figma Experience

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives.

• Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations.

• Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business.

• Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership.

• Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience.

• This in internal employee facing application, they are working on huge initiative to combine and create one app that employees can use. Currently they have around 15 different application and they want to move to one combined system.

• They have done huge research and looking for someone who can dig into that and provide design/solutions.

• Communication skills are the key here as well. Very collaborative role where they will have to work with PM, designers etc.
