Job Summary
The Customer Care Lead will create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture. The Customer Care Lead is responsible for creating a successful customer experience for clients and their loved ones. Customer Care Lead are responsible for answering all customer questions and/or concerns regarding services at the Pet Palace.

Job Responsibilities
Set clear team goals
Delegate tasks and set deadlines
Provide superior customer service in all situations including unfavorable situations
Greeting and interacting with customers by phone, email, and in-person
Create and manage customer reservations
Provide facility tours to interested customers
Maintain accurate files and records
Handling and walking pets, mostly at check-in / -out
Motivate team members
Discover training needs and provide coaching
Open and Close the facility
Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
Ability to lead large groups of employees
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multi-task
Attention to detail and ability to observe animal behaviors daily
Operate basic computer software
Flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays
Customer Service experience preferred
Previous animal care experience preferred
Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds
Ability to stand up to 8 hours
Pay Range - $11.00 to 15.00 (hourly)
