Job Description:
Designs, plans, implements and evaluates educational programs and performance improvement activities
Ensures that such programs promote professional growth and competency of staff and the attainment of the organization's strategic goals
Ensures that educational programs are consistent with criteria and standards of care established by licensing and accrediting bodies and processional organization
Supports clinics and/or other clinical areas including post-acute areas
Qualifications:
REQUIRED:
- Associates degree or higher in a nursing or health related field
PREFERRED:
2 - 5 years of experience in area of specialty
2 - 5 years of experience in providing adult education
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Course Instructor for Basic Cardiac Life Support
