Overview: Romanow Building Services is on the lookout for dependable, detail-oriented part-time janitor for an on-call position in West Branch, MI. We're seeking an individual with open availability to join our team.
Ideal Candidates:
- Open Availability
- Reside in or near West Branch, MI
- Dependable with strong attention to detail
Requirements:
- 18 years or older with a valid driver's license
- Excellent attendance and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background, reference, and motor vehicle checks
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong communication skills
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and healthy environment using approved methods and tools
- Perform tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash
- Operate cleaning equipment
- Clean floors, furniture, windows, and restrooms
- Stock and maintain janitor closets
- Additional duties as assigned by management
