We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization as a Data Entry Specialist! Located in Wescosville, PA, we are seeking a detail-oriented individual with intermediate Excel skills and proficiency in data entry. If you excel at fast and accurate typing and have exceptional organizational abilities, this is the perfect position for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management: Verify, correct, and delete unnecessary data, or combine data from multiple sources before entering it into our system.

• Information Gathering: Perform web searches to collect necessary information.

• Accurate Entry: Precisely enter information into specific fields in our database systems.

• Follow-up: Request additional information for incomplete documents.

• Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of tasks, files, and progress.

• Data Auditing: Audit reports and data sheets within Microsoft Excel.

• Quality Control: Check completed work for errors or duplicate information before submission.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in data entry or a related field is preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask are essential.

• Preferred proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
