DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Custodial Worker 1, you will be responsible and accountable for the basic housekeeping needs of the hospital in specifically assigned areas. You will support the hospital's goals of maintaining a clean, comfortable, and sanitary environment for patients, staff, and visitors. An employee in this position will be considered an essential employee who will be required to report to work during emergencies and office closings.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Hours of work are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Work schedule includes rotating weekends and holidays as assigned. May change based on operational needs. Overtime: As needed Travel: As needed FREE PARKING! QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirement: No previous experience and training required. Additional Requirement: You must be able to perform essential job functions. Legal Requirements: A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination. This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act. Under the Act, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.
