Aerotek Installer (1st Shift) START ASAP in Wentzville, Missouri

Description:

The candidates will be installing lights, harnesses, weather stripping on doors, bumpers to bodies (using pneumatic tools) and also some wiring. Candidates will be cross-trained. Will teach how to do production welding. Will teach and be patient because they want you to become and expert. Once you've said you've learned it, you need to have mastered it.

They value quality over speed. Two things that could get him released; attendance and production output.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Candidates must have at least 6 months prior work experience in an environment that was physical demanding and required them to be mechanically inclined.

Candidates must be able to stand on their feet for 10 hour shifts.

Must have at least 1 year experience in each of their previous jobs.

Candidates must also have HS Diploma/GED.
