GENERAL SUMMARY
- The Commercial Loan Officer is responsible for developing and managing commercial lending relationships within the Farmers Bank service area. The Officer is responsible for conducting risk analyses to determine that loans are both profitable for the bank and financially beneficial to its customers.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interview loan applicants and analyze financial data
- Understand loan products and terms and make appropriate recommendations
- Monitor loan portfolio performance
- Provide general financial and banking advice
- Develop and maintain business relationships
- Remain informed on all bank policies and applicable lending laws
