Chelan County PUD Power System Journeyman Wireman in Wenatchee, Washington

PS Journeyman Wireman

Overview Under the direction of the Distribution Stations Wireman Foreman, this position performs skilled construction, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of District Transmission & Distribution system electrical equipment and circuitry.
Responsibilities
Install, test, troubleshoot, repair and maintain electrical/mechanical equipment and systems including components such as transformers, regulators, reclosers, sectionalizers, breakers, and switchgear. Install conduit, boxes, wire and devices.
Performs construction of transmission and distribution systems and facilities, including tasks such as basic plumbing, concrete work, wood working and metal fabrication.
Maintain regular and predictable attendance: Perform related duties and responsibilities as required. Comply with District policies. Complete all required training. Maintain a working knowledge and comply with District s
