JOB TITLE: Facility Solutions Associate III – Data Center – OFCI Manager LOCATION: Wenatchee, WA JOB DESCRIPTION iParametrics is seeking a Facility Solutions Associate III to join a high-profile data center project in Wenatchee, WA. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive facility services and operations, specifically overseeing the Owner-Furnished Contractor-Installed (OFCI) process. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and experience in managing complex facility solutions. This data center project is part of a larger mission to deliver efficient, sustainable, and reliable facilities that support advanced data infrastructure. The Facility Solutions Associate III will play a critical role in managing the implementation and coordination of facility services, working closely with design teams, engineering firms, and contractors to ensure successful delivery. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with technical experts and subject matter experts to support and prepare process documentation in alignment with company guidelines.

  • Develop written and graphical materials to document systems and solutions.

  • Coordinate with other members of the Facility Solutions staff to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Review project plans and specifications, ensuring compliance with design standards and project requirements.

  • Conduct field observations to verify construction status, particularly regarding MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) activities.

  • Provide detailed reporting on construction progress and system implementation.

  • Research and collect input from both internal and external resources to inform project decisions.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of project relationships and how they contribute to the ongoing success of facility services.

  • Manage the OFCI process, ensuring that equipment provided by the owner is correctly installed and integrated into the facility by the contractor.

  • Other duties as assigned.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as engineering, construction, facilities management, or a related discipline.

  • At least eight (8) years of experience in construction projects, MEPF coordination, commissioning, system startups, facility maintenance, operations, or retro-commissioning, or a combination of education and experience.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project software.

  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Working knowledge of ASHRAE standards and codes.

  • Ability to read and interpret project design documents and submittals.

  • Ability to conduct field observations and provide periodic reporting on construction and MEPF activities.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ten (10) years of experience in facility solutions or similar roles.

  • Certifications such as Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) through PMI, Associate Commissioning Professional (ACP) through BCxA.

  • Tradesman License (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical), Systems Management Certificate (SMC), or Building Energy Certificate (BEC) through BOMA/BOMI.

  • DAMA-accredited Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) Associate.
