Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 1 year of experience with children OR A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 2 years of experience with children.
Job Summary:
The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the center, maintaining complete and accurate students and staff files, tracking financials, accounting, and implementing approved measures by the Board of Directors all while ensuring the center adheres to all standards and regulations as required by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services.
