Responsibilities:
Receive payables- review all invoices (enter & post to GL and vendor account)
Issue payment to vendors through check, ACH, etc.
Reconcile vendor statements to account activity as received
Comcheck/EFS administration and reconciliation
Company credit card administration and reconciliation
Month end driver / AP preliminary account reconciliation, any associated journal entries
Coordinate 1099 administrations
Qualifications
Requirements:
Must be able to pass a post-hire drug screen, background check and employment verification
