DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for working closely with engineering/business stakeholders to implement project requirements through Appian technical solutions.
Develop integrations between enterprise planning resources and engineering data sources through Appian low code solutions.
Support development and validation of automated business/engineering systems through integrated API resources.
Thorough knowledge of systems design, scripting development, implementation, user support principles and practices
Catalog up to date documentation on Application Specification, Requirements, and architectural design documents
Familiarity with Agile Scrum Project management
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 5 to 8 years leading Appian Software development teams
Strong background in database design and system integration with 5 to 8 years working within software development teams
Familiarity in Agile/Scrum process experience
Certified Level 2 Appian Developer or Certified Level 3 Appian Developer
Design, develop application code and processes on Appian 20x/21x/22x/23x versions.
Java development experience preferred.
Experience designing and building integrations between systems using RESTful APIs.
3+ years of experience in all phases of software development for large-scale business-critical applications following Agile methodologies.
Experience defining and documenting architecture for technology implementations leveraging different architectural views.
Ability to write and maintain complex Appian SAIL Code.
Result oriented personality paired with creative approach to problem solving.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and collaboration.
Essential Functions
Work Environment: Generally, an office environment, but can involve inside or outside work depending on the task.

Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods (90% of the time). May require lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. (5% of the time).
