Shift: 2pm-10:30pm - Right now is there busy season so there is OT potential on weekdays and as well as weekend work on both Saturday and Sunday.

Daily duties:

Perform In-Process testing on blended batches.

Perform Quality Control testing on finished products and Raw Material.

Maintain the retain room with samples going back 2 years.

Maintain Raw Material COAs (certificate of analysis).

Help make test batches of new/changed formulas for testing.

Maintain Housekeeping of the lab.

Able to work Flexible Shift and Weekends.

Must be comfortable operating Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Enter test results in excel.

Put product on hold and document hold.

Making sure the lines have bottles for samples.

Documenting lab results and making additional copies to give to inventory.

Occasional duties:

Meet with product development to assist in new product creation.

Create C of A for customer request.

Maintain lab organization and lab samples.

Custom blend small batch for new item testing.

Conduct efficacy testing on replacement raws.

Meet with raw material suppliers to review new items or current item expanded use.
