Providing assistance to team members as needed to assist with submitting new contracts and/or securing applicable due diligence documents. Consult with Corporate Counsel and Chief Risk Officer on contract risk and terms based on a strong understanding of business strategy and product lines. Act as primary contact for internal stakeholders to request and receive contracts and related documents. Actively track current contracts for termination dates and notify corresponding stakeholders as to the same. Edit and review contracts and statements of work to obtain commercial terms while mitigating risk. Advise and interpret contract requirements, obligations and risks and investigate/follow-up on contracted related issues. Work both independently/autonomously and as part of a team to identify and analyze unique contractual relationships.
