JOB REQUIREMENTS: EFCO LLC POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for processing customer complaints and coordinating efforts with the responsible parties to resolve field issues. POSITION DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan and execute all regional field service work. Daily communication with customers, sales representatives, and the regional Field Services Team is required. Fabricate, assemble and test WWS products to meet industry standards. Identify materials and resources that are required for the project at hand. Evaluate validity of warranty claims by conducting on-site inspections of products and installations. Produce site visit reports including detailed description of issues and photographs. Produce accurate expense reports on a timely basis. Meet with customers / general contractors on site to review reported problems. Must possess a strong knowledge in installation of windows, storefront, and curtain wall. Ability to read architectural drawings, shop drawings and factory orders. Attend jobsite meetings and field test mock-ups. Provide installation and fabrication training on WWS products for customers. Duties as assigned by the Field Services management team. Participates in WWS\'s Continuous Improvement efforts by understanding his / her team\'s performance and actively implementing and supporting process improvements. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Five (5) plus years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Maintain a valid driver\'s license at all times. OTHER REQUIREMENTS / TRAININGS Microsoft Office. Ability to obtain OSHA 30 Training. Ability to obtain Certification for aerial lift / forklift. WORK ENVIRONMENT While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, risk of electrical shock, and vibration. The noise level in some of the work environment is usually loud. Must have the appropriate PPE at all times. Must be able to work in outside environments when expected no matter the time of year. TRAVEL REQUIREMENT 75% - nine weeks per quarter with overnight stays is expected with this position, plus 4-5 times a year additional for corporate, training, etc. Travel fluctuates based on business needs and sometimes on short notice. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Distances and Heights: May lift tools and equipment up to 75 pounds from 1 to 8 feet high and carry up to 150 feet.
