The Digital and AI Product Manager will drive the development, launch, and growth of AI-powered digital solutions including Cloud and On-Premise solutions within our Core Imaging business. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead global product management activities for Imaging Digital, by partnering with Cross-functional teams (including but not limited to engineering, quality, regulatory, region commercial teams, services, research, clinical, marketing, sourcing, supply chain) to deliver Digital solutions that extend and enhance the customer experience across the entire core Imaging portfolio. This role will also drive business development and partnership initiatives to accelerate our go-to-market plans. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background, a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, and a passion for innovation. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in product management, AI/Cloud engineering, and business development to manage and expand our portfolio of Cloud, AI and other Digital features.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  • Ensure customer focus by communicating and building rapport with customers (including modalities) as required and ensuring the “voice of the customer” is reflected in all ecosystem solutions designed, built, and delivered.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify Cloud and AI trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, as the healthcare market continues to evolve.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Engineering, STO to translate customer needs, market and competitive analysis, regulatory requirements, and other factors into product strategy and detailed design inputs.

  • Define and communicate the strategic vision for Cloud and AI solutions within the Imaging Portfolio.

  • Own and build the strategy and execution of Imaging Digital roadmaps and new product introductions from concept to launch.

  • Define and own business cases in collaboration with Imaging segment product managers.

  • Drive execution and delivery against Digital roadmaps.

  • Develop and refine go-to-market strategies, ensuring product profitability, growth, and pipeline health.

  • Maximize customer satisfaction and engagement with our solution.

  • Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting at various levels of the organization including leadership and executives.

  • Track metrics, budgets, programs, and projects using Lean principles.

  • Monitor competitive landscape and adjust strategies to maintain a leadership position.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).

  • A minimum of 8 years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare, Digital Solutions, and/or AI technologies; Experience in Product marketing, product development and/or related field, leading cross functional product life-cycle management, and/or large global projects.

  • Strong understanding of Healthcare Digital landscape and medical imaging workflows.

  • Experience with AI/ML technologies and their application in healthcare.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Eligibility Requirements:

Desired Characteristics:

Domain Expertise:

  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (e.g., FDA, CE, HIPAA).

  • Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and interoperability standards in healthcare (e.g., DICOM, HL7, FHIR).

  • Demonstrated customer engagement experience within healthcare.

  • Agile and SaaS development knowledge.

  • Experience managing financials including business cases, budgets, spend, and liquidations.

Business Acumen:

  • Demonstrate ability to engage and communicate with customers; Engage with healthcare providers, radiologists, and other stakeholders to gather insights and validate product requirements.

  • Evaluate third-party AI solutions, establish partnerships with Cloud vendors, external AI solution providers to enhance product offerings.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - effectively evaluates information/data to make decisions, anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve.

  • Change oriented – actively generates process improvements, navigates difficult circumstances creatively, balances competing priorities and executes accordingly.

Quality & Regulatory Expertise:

  • Aware of and comply with the Quality Management System (preferably GEHC Quality Manual), Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.

  • Lead regulatory clearance processes for Digital/AI products globally.
