POSITION SUMMARY:

Do you LOVE "The Hunt?"

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will primarily manage assigned openings for our Wisconsin market. In addition, as volumes and needs require, this role may support our Iowa market. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process from opening positions in our ATS through initiating the onboarding process (in partnership with the TA Coordinator). You will have full autonomy in managing your (early-career to senior-level) positions and ensuring the best talent is hired as quickly as possible. You will act as a strategic recruiting business partner managing the end-to-end recruitment strategy, integrating a focus on diversity sourcing and recruitment, including sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies, nurture trusting relationships with potential hires, and create robust talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers on current and future staffing needs and determine best recruiting strategy.

  • Manage the entire recruiting process to include:

  • Securing position details

  • Assisting with creating position descriptions

  • Opening/posting positions in Workday (ATS/HRIS), other on other websites/job boards and at related industry organizations (in partnership with the TA Coordinator)

  • Conducting initial phone-screening interviews on selected candidates

  • Coordinating follow-up interviews with hiring managers (Zoom, phone, and in-person)

  • Regularly following-up with managers on status of candidates in queue to determine next steps

  • Preparing/sending offer letters (in partnership with the TA Coordinator)

  • Initiating onboarding in Workday (in partnership with the TA Coordinator)

  • Utilizing a variety of sources to develop a candidate pool (i.e., social media, networking groups, industry organizations, schools, email blasts to HUB employees to generate referrals, etc.)

  • Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor and consultant to the Business:

  • Drive the hiring process and decisions with an emphasis on providing a positive candidate experience and hiring the best talent for the role

  • Provide offer recommendations and handle negotiations

  • Ensure legal compliance and a fair and equitable hiring process

  • Successfully build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for future openings.

  • Drive Strategic Diversity Recruiting efforts for your market(s).

  • Involvement in strategic initiatives and internal projects including but not limited to: Strategic Diversity Recruiting, Talent Branding, and ongoing process improvements and partnerships with our Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence for best practices

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

  • At least 2 years of recruitment experience within the insurance/insurance brokerage industry

  • Computer proficient: Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook

  • Demonstrated communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization, including senior leadership

  • Finely tuned organization skills

  • Track record of successfully delivering against assigned goals within a given deadline and flawlessly executing in a very fast-paced environment

  • Proven ability to attract passive candidates as well as build proactive and inclusive pipelines through cold calling, networking and other advanced sourcing tools and techniques

  • Applied experience with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting related technologies (a Workday and Phenom experience plus)

  • MUST be able to work autonomously, but be team-oriented, as well (the MWW People & Culture and South-Central HR teams work closely to share ideas, to help each other, etc.)
