Mentoring and coaching the New Account Team, helping them develop their skills and achieve success. Setting the standard for accuracy, organization, and attention to detail, creating a smooth and efficient work environment. Driving performance by managing monthly sales reporting, monitoring sales goals, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.
