As a key member of the Industrial Marketing team, the Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the coordination and execution of key marketing activities. This role will assist in the development and implementation of various marketing initiatives, along with managing aspects of the day-to-day operations of the marketing department. In this role, you would have exposure to the full marketing team and the opportunity to expand your marketing knowledge. Attention to detail and strength of execution are key to excel in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the creation and revision of marketing materials, including sales collateral, presentations, brochures, and digital content

  • Support the execution of key marketing programs

  • Provide project management support to campaigns and projects related to product launches and events

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the marketing department

  • Maintain effective communication with cross-functional stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related program or equivalent experience

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing deadlines and priorities

  • Must be proactive, responsive, results oriented and resourceful

  • Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills

  • Attention to Detail

  • Creative and proactive problem solver

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Prior experience in an internship, contract, or full-time role supporting the marketing function or a similar department, preferred
