As a Filling- Lab Technician II, you will be performing a variety of manufacturing tasks associated with the manual, semi-automated and automated filling of reagents in compliance with department, company, and FDA and ISO guidelines and regulations. This includes processing raw material and production of product using the appropriate components and stand operating procedures with minimal supervision. Laboratory Technician (Manufacturing) Responsibilities Key Accountabilities: Perform processing of raw material through the techniques of filtration and aliquoting using manual and semi-automated filling equipment. Follow the daily production schedule, plan and execute preparation for filling processes. Identify process issues or equipment failures and inform management. Complete required preventative maintenance and calibration of equipment. Request materials for production orders and enter information into electronic inventory system. Perform routine up keep and maintenance of the lab including recording temperatures, cleaning, maintenance, and disposal of contaminated waste. Monitor inventory and ensure safety stocks. Fill components in environmentally controlled areas (i.e. Pre-PCR and Clean-room) Fill components using large complex automated equipment with supervision. Plan preparation of components and sterilization of materials for filling to allow for schedule changes. Laboratory Technician (Manufacturing) Qualifications Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position: Bachelor\'s degree (BS/BA) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
