Ferguson is seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Warehouse Supervisor in our Waterloo, IA Distribution Center. If you are a proven leader in warehouse leadership, order fulfillment, inventory control, process management, work-shift coordination, and are organized with great communication skills, this is the position for you!
Responsibilities
Responsible for the production and execution of a fast-paced operation with the leadership and development of hourly associates.
This position oversees a team of hourly associates working a PM Shift at our Waterloo Distribution Center.
2nd shift core hours: 3:00pm to 11:30pm + OT
Coordinates day-to-day general receipt, preparation and shipping tasks, ensuring quality and efficiency of work.
Coordinates and checks the fulfillment documentation processes, ensuring correct documentation.
Provides subject matter guidance and training to team members on new or updated fulfilment processes and standards.
Liaises with all departments to ensure smooth shipping and delivery of goods, acting as a key point of contact for the team.
Analyzes information to identify areas of improvement within own area of fulfillment responsibility and implements measures to improve the efficiency of the team.
Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements
Regular and reliable attendance

Pay Range:

$18.50 - $40.19

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
