QPS EMPLOYMENT GROUP Resort Manager in Waterloo, Iowa
Hours: 7 days a week - 40 hours work periods (on-call weekends may apply)
QPS Employment Group is hiring a Resort Manager for a company in Cedar Falls, IA. This is a direct hire opportunity.
Resort Manager Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the resorts vision and mission are met - Manage staff and ensure the highest pet care and customer service standards - Act as a mentor and leader for the resort staff - Be flexible and willing to assist in other resort areas when needed - Implement innovative solutions to enhance the pet care experience - Foster and develop relationships with staff and customers - Implement and enforce company policies, processes, and procedures - Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy - Hire and fire staff, 1:1 reviews, write-ups, and PIP, onboarding and training new staff - Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of the facility - Collaboration with the marketing team to promote the resort and attract new customers - Adhere to the companys core values and foster a positive and supportive work environment
