NAVIE ADULT FAMILY HOMES LLC Caregiver - CBRF Required in WATERFORD, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide essential care and support to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will assist with daily living activities and ensure the well-being of our clients. Shifts are 7AM - 7PM Weekly Pay********** ## Responsibilities - Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities - Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing - Implement behavior management techniques as needed - Administer medications following prescribed guidelines - Offer companionship and emotional support to clients - Provide dementia care and support for clients with memory impairments ## Skills - Experience in nursing homes or assisted living facilities is preferred - Proficiency in direct support for individuals with developmental disabilities - Knowledge of lift systems for safe patient handling - Ability to manage challenging behaviors effectively - Competence in medication administration procedures Perform healthcare-related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses or physiotherapists. Administer bedside or personal care, such as ambulation or personal hygiene assistance. Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor. Participate in case reviews, consulting with the team caring for the client, to evaluate the client\'s needs and plan for continuing services. Perform housekeeping duties, such as cooking, cleaning, washing clothes or dishes, or running errands. Plan, shop for, or prepare nutritious meals or assist families in planning, shopping for, or preparing nutritious meals.
