Alpine Septic LLC is the premier septic tank pumping service in the Mat-Su Valley. We have been pumping and servicing septic tanks and systems since 1985. We provide a variety of other services to the Wasilla, Palmer, and greater Mat-Su Valley area. We are a family-owned local business and take pride in providing our customers with fast, friendly and professional service.Alpine Septic is hiring for a Septic Service Technician in this position we need a motivated self-starter with an attention for detail that wants to learn and grow within the company. Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. with overtime opportunities. You will be expected to work a rotating flexible on-call schedule as needed.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with supervisors and other workers, using equipment such as wireless phones.
- Drive trucks to transport crews, materials, and equipment.
- Operate sewer cleaning equipment, including power rodders, high-velocity water jets, and flex shaft equipment.
- Prepare and keep records of actions taken, including maintenance and repair work.
- Service, adjust, and make minor repairs to equipment, machines, and attachments.
- Able to preform basic maintenance and service on your truck including oil changes, fluids, tires and other vehicle maintenance
