Hiring for CNC Machinist

Job Description

Operate 3, 4, and 5-axis machines, primarily mills. Set up and operate Haas, Ocuma, Mazak, and Makino machines. Perform setups, changeovers, deburring, and blending to ensure parts are within tolerance. Work with NX and Catia software.

Responsibilities

  • Operate 3, 4, and 5-axis machines, 98% mills.

  • Set up and operate Haas, Ocuma, Mazak, Makino machines.

  • Perform setups and changeovers.

  • Deburr and blend parts to maintain tight tolerances.

  • Troubleshoot and work with the programming group.

  • Make G code and M code updates and document changes for future runs.

  • Work mainly off NX software, some Catia.

Essential Skills

  • 2+ years of CNC experience.

  • Experience with Haas, Ocuma, Mazak, Makino machines preferred but not required.

  • Experience with NX or Catia software preferred but not required.

  • Ability to perform own setups, runs, and changeovers.

  • Proficiency in deburring and blending.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must be a Citizen of America with a valid birth certificate to satisfy US Export Controls requirements.

Work Environment

Openings

on M-Th day shift, M-Th night shift, weekend days, and weekend nights. Night shift includes a 15% shift differential and weekend shifts include a 28% shift

differential. Overtime is available on a voluntary basis and depends on workload. The facility is climate-controlled.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $44033.00 - $62857.00/yr.
