Job Description

-Provide engineering support to automate processes to improve system optimization, storage monitoring, data transfer throughputs, and cyber security remediation actions to ensure timely responses to compliance requirements.

-Manage multiple file storage systems across multiple networks; recommend and manage security group hierarchy to ensure least-privileged access to program data.

-Identify incidents, diagnose and resolve problems, and assist with training users on storage usage and features
