Mid-Level Business Management Analyst (15.22)
OCT Consulting, LLC is an SBA-certified, 8(a) small business management and technology consulting firm that provides support to Federal Government clients. We provide consulting services in the areas of Strategy, Process Improvement, Change Management, Program and Project Management, Acquisition/Procurement, and Information Technology.
Responsibilities and Duties
OCT currently has an opening for Mid-Level Business Management Analysts to work with our federal client. This position would be responsible for providing business analysis, process improvement, and strategic planning support for systems and operations, focusing on roadmap development, enterprise dashboards, and data management. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop and maintain the status dashboard tracking 20-25 concurrent projects
Create and update roadmaps linking IT capabilities to business processes for 35+ systems
Coordinate and respond to enterprise data calls
Support strategic planning activities and initiatives
Create performance metrics and analytics for mission operations
Develop business process documentation and standard operating procedures
Provide business analysis for new requirements and system enhancements
Generate regular reports on system performance and project status
Support Project Managers with business analysis for assigned projects
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
5-7 years of experience in business analysis or management consulting.
Experience with federal IT systems and enterprise architecture.
Strong analytical skills with ability to translate technical requirements into business terms.
Proficiency in data visualization and dashboard creation.
Experience with enterprise data management and reporting.
Knowledge of IT service management principles.
Excellent documentation and technical writing abilities.
Must be a US Citizen.
