Job Summary
- This role is responsible for analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal operations to formulate, implement, and monitor strategic plans that lead to sustainable business growth and improved performance. The role utilizes strategic and management consulting frameworks to implement a comprehensive development strategy for the organization's diverse business units, platforms, and products. The role works with cross-functional teams to facilitate projects and consults with executives on various issues related to the strategy formulation process.
Responsibilities
Identifies research, tools, and analysis required to achieve objectives for multiple workstreams or projects.
Conducts extensive research on businesses, industries, and competitors, applying structured analytical approaches to develop comprehensive project strategies.
Manages the development of financial and statistical models, structures analytical approaches, and oversees the data-gathering process.
Selects key information and conclusions to develop a comprehensive set of recommendations for optimizing business and financial performance.
Manages cross-functional teams and communications to facilitate projects and ensure timely delivery to clients.
Manages the development of project guidelines, contingency plans, objectives, and deliverables to drive successful outcomes.
Consults with business leaders on a wide range of issues related to the strategy formulation process and related projects.
Drafts and presents client deliverables, recommendations and communication strategies.
Monitors and incorporates emerging trends in strategic planning, ensuring that the organization remains agile and competitive.
Leverages strategic and management consulting frameworks to implement a comprehensive portfolio approach for evaluating and managing the organization's diverse business units, platforms, and products.
Education & Experience Recommended
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in strategic management, strategic planning and implementation, consulting, market research, or a related field.

The base pay range for this role is $113,000 to $161,000 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
