About The Role:

Responsible for conducting a variety of analyses for the development of results passionate about commercial real estate strategies in support of CBRE’s clients. Draws conclusion(s) from analyses and makes recommendations to senior leaders for new business development and transactions. Knowledgeable on fundamental concepts, practices and procedures associated with finance, including commercial valuation, market analysis and investment analysis.

What You'll Do:

  • Generates, reviews and understands reports; uses aggregate data from multiple sources to assist in crafting a complete analysis, improvement and/or recommendation.

  • Analyses could cover real estate industry/market, underwriting and valuation, variance analyses, budgeting, forecasting.

  • Provides recommendations for management/Producer review.

  • Compiles information for the creation of marketing campaigns for sale of properties to include customized property information materials, comparable market analysis, and market and industry research

  • Compiles analysis and internal and external collateral into offering memorandums for seller clients, proofreads content, ensures appropriate branding, and approves materials for final distribution.

  • Assists in the coordination and implementation of strategic platform strategies; performs research and analysis to support those strategies.

  • Serves as liaison with clients, lenders (if applicable), and government agencies (if applicable).

  • Bachelor's Degree required. Minimum of two years of experience in Real Estate or Finance required. Experience with Commercial Real Estate preferred.

  • Real Estate Sales License preferred but not required.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional writing capability / very strong business vocabulary, and ability to create a narrative that best positions an asset for Marketing and Sales.

  • Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, internal rates of return and/ or cash on cash calculations. Conducts intermediate financial analysis.

  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to take on problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely results, courteous service to customers, and to successfully present information.

  • Very organized with regard to electronic filing in a team environment where consistency and labeling are key for multiple team members accessing the same folders.

  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Suite products including: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. Knowledge of ARGUS or excel modeling preferred.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Financial Analyst position is $57,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $90,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
