Leidos Digital Modernization Sector is seeking Contract Support Specialist to join the National Airspace System Integration Support Contract (NISC IV) Team.

The position will provide support to Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Air Traffic Organization (ATO), Facility Security Team.
The Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA's) Facilities and Security Services Group (AJW-24) is responsible for managing the modernization, sustainment, and establishment of air traffic control facilities which support the National Airspace System (NAS). In addition, the group manages and upgrades the security systems for all facilities in the NAS. To help FAA execute programs and projects to safely establish, replace, modernize, and sustain the NASand Facility Security Risk Management Program requires engineering and facility and information security support at various locations, FAA Headquarters, and a variety of remote locations.
We require Subject Matter Expertise (SME) support for upgrading the security systems for NAS facilities, in addition to providing engineering, facility and information security support and assisting with the execution of projects to safely establish, replace, modernize and sustain the NAS. This position will provide
Program Management / Contract Management Support.
Office location - NISC HQ, 400 Virginia Ave, Ste 500 Washington DC, 20024
Must be able to work onsite in Washington DC.Some ability to telework.
The position will be remote right now and remain so until the government has space available.
There may be limited travel (5%).
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform and monitor all aspects of assigned contracts including accuracy of order entry data, contract funding, scope changes, amendments, invoicing, delivery schedules, etc.
Acquisition management support - track and validate contract deliverables to ensure that the contractor complies with contract requirements.
Assist in all phases of the procurement process by developing acquisition plans.
Assist with conducting market research.
Review of contract and task documentation.
Conduct liaison with site personnel to monitor the progress of work that is ongoing.
Develop presentations addressing the data collected along with lessons learned, implementation or corrective measures encountered, and any trend analysis if applicable.
Develop a thorough understanding the content of the Statement of Work for the Security System Design and Integration (SSDI) contracts and any subsequent contracts; and other contract related tasks as required.
Maintain contract data and collect other data for reporting to management.
Compile and maintain all required contractual records and documents. Acting as the official repository for contractual documents.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree and 4+ years of prior relevant experience or master’s with 2+ years of prior relevant experience.
Must have prior FAA experience.
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the Federal procurement and acquisition process.
Thorough knowledge of (specific computer systems and applications).
Knowledge of government contract procedures including a working knowledge of Acquisition Management System (AMS), FAA Acquisition System Toolset (FAST), Defense Acquisition Regulation (DAR), and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) with particular emphasis on proposal support preferred
Experience with negotiating complex terms and conditions.
Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Demonstrated success in establishing partnerships and using interpersonal skills to deal effectively with executive management and staff
Ability to establish relationships internally and within the customer community.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Prior work experience with US government mangers, employees and programs required
Exhibit excellent communication skills to be used in responding to technical questions and performing program presentations.
Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance Suitability.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00
