Job Title: Air Barrier / Commercial Roofing Waterproofing

Job Description

Seeking a skilled individual to oversee and perform air barrier and waterproofing installations to ABAA standards. The role includes handling the installation of detail membrane and/or liquid applied detail membrane, operating airless sprayers, and using scaffolding and aerial lifts. Responsibilities also involve reading blueprints, ensuring timely and budget-conscious project completion, coordinating schedules with onsite superintendents, maintaining OSHA standards at the worksite, and documenting product usage accurately. The position requires flexibility for overtime and travel.

Hard Skills

• ABAA certification (preferred)

• Experience operating airless sprayer

• Experience using scaffolding and operating aerial lifts

• Ability to read blueprints

Soft Skills

• Ability to work efficiently

• Capability to coordinate work schedules

• Daily review and documentation skills

• Adherence to safety and quality standards
