We are offering a Part-time opportunity in Warwick, Rhode Island for a Data Entry Clerk. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining and updating our databases, managing customer correspondence, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data entry processes.

Responsibilities:

• Processing and inputting data into our systems with high accuracy

• Utilizing your 10 Key Skills to ensure data is entered correctly

• Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients

• Handling email correspondence professionally and promptly

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data analysis and report creation

• Organizing files and data in a systematic and accessible manner

• Scanning important documents and saving them in the appropriate locations

• Typing reports, correspondence, and other documents as required

• Answering inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

Requirements • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with speed and accuracy

• Familiarity with 10 Key Skills

• Excellent customer service skills to handle inbound calls and queries

• Proficient in email correspondence and ability to organize files

• Experience in scanning and typing documents

• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
