About the role
As the Senior Business Analyst you will support the development and execution of the IT&D strategy, based on the OGSM framework, and define and track KPIs to demonstrate progress on execution of the strategy. This role offers a unique opportunity to create and shape the Essential Home IT&D strategy from the ground up, contributing to the creation of a function that drives radical simplification and technology excellence.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering impactful results. This is a unique opportunity to create something new from scratch, shaping the future of our strategic planning processes.
This position requires a robust understanding of business analysis, strategic planning, KPI governance, project management and strategy execution.

Your responsibilities
Contribute to the development of the IT&D strategy, based on the OGSM framework.
Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and define strategic plans.
Define, track and publish a KPI framework that clearly demonstrates progress on execution of the strategy.
Analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
