ReSound Salesforce Consultant/Admin in Warszawa, Poland

In the Commercial Enablement team we are looking for a new colleague with technical CRM skills that will join our journey to expand our usage of the Salesforce suite of cloud products. Specifically, we are looking for someone with experience in Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Loyalty management and CPQ/RLM.
Your focus will be on transforming and adapting to a more digitalized approach to do business with our resellers and end customers and fully utilize all the new features and functionality that our many cloud platforms and tools provide.
Your Key Responsibilities
As Salesforce administrator you will provide active technical and functional input to designing, maintaining, building, integrating, and testing complex software components per functional and technical design specifications. While doing so you will follow software development methodologies and release processes across many teams and platforms. Responsibilities can be summed up to:
Partake in the decision-making processes for design and functionality, ensuring alignment with business needs and overall strategy
Maintaining the platform, including staying up to date on new features and releases, as well as fixing any bugs
Design the solution together with the business, business analysts, co-developers, integration specialists and solution architects
Utilizing Salesforce declarative functionality to build solutions
Perform direct configuration, testing, and implementation of the solutions
Provide 2nd and 3rd line support on CRM to colleagues across the GN group
Work closely with all your CRM colleagues in making sure all stakeholders are happy with Salesforce and that it supports their daily use
Collaboration is key in this job, and you will get many new skilled technical colleagues among our solutions architects, developers, devops, QAs, and other administrators and consultants. Expect also to spend time on understanding complex business processes and gather requirements from and sharing ideas with different product owners and power users around the world from many different departments.
Scrum is a vital part of our organization and all departments have several scrum teams who constantly plan, prioritize, collaborate, and work together on deliveries. Cross team collaborations happen in wave plannings, and releases are carefully coordinated.
Who are you?
You are aware of salesforce DevOps process and have worked on CICD tools
Your communication is well structured and you are fluent in English
You have a drive for result and are able to take high-level features, problem solve on how to solve them best, and follow through accordingly
You enjoy collaborating with fellow Salesforce consultants, product owners, business users, developers, solution architects, business analysts etc.
You are thorough, inclusive, and results-oriented
Your background
We expect that there can be several ways to excel in the role. We believe that some or most of the following increases your chances of success:
4+ years of experience as Salesforce Administrator or consultant
Knowledge and experience of working according to agile methodologies and software development
Make sound and timely decisions based on careful consideration of requirements, possibilities, and functionality
An educational background at a bachelor-, or master level or equivalent
Salesforce Admin certification
