As a member of our Zone EUR Marketing, Sales & eBusiness team, we are currently looking for a Business Analyst based in Warsaw, to support our European Markets with the business preparation, implementation and activation of Sales Tech products.
Position Summary
As IT Business Analyst , you will be a part of the Zone Europe Regional IT MSE team where you will serve as a liaison between the IT Global Sales Team and the European Markets that are using our Sales Technology.
The Sales Tech stream includes solutions such as Sales Field Automation Exceedra (Telus), eB2B Direct to Store, Rapid Image Recognition, Sales Recommendation Engine.
As an extension of the Global Product Team, you will bring deep understanding of the opportunities and issues faced by our businesses within our EUR market and you will advise on the best solutions. You’ll translate business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into IT product requirements, then playing a connector role with the product team to identify, deploy and test those IT system solution in our markets.
You will act as the face to our EUR Markets and collaborate with Tech Specialists, Product Managers and Project Managers to prepare for new deployments and/or Product enhancements. You will gather requirements through interviews, workshops, and/or existing analytics, training documentation or procedures.
Reporting to the Regional Manager Marketing Sales & eBusiness Technology Zone EUR, the Business Analyst will be considered as a thought leader and functional expert, acting as the EUR Market point of reference for Sales Tech Solutions.
Key responsibilities
Working with the Zone EUR Market Functional Managers/key business stakeholders to elicit their Business Requirements
Proactively support and guide EUR Markets on initiatives and Demand Shaping plans
Functional leadership including use cases, personas, stories, and requests definition for review
Functional Analysis and process design, transpose requirements into Functional Specifications and organize the sign-off
Work side-by-side and support Technology Specialist to translate functional requirements into technical specifications
Consult with product teams and proposes alternative solutions. Advises on options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impact on other business processes and product priorities.
Champion product performance and product adoption across our systems and constantly propose optimizations in systems integrations & User Experience
Liaise with Product Managers to surface gaps and help influence and prioritize technology roadmaps to support business needs and strategic priorities
What will make you successful
Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent; M.B.A. preferred
5+ years of relevant experience of business analysis in a relevant functional area, preferably Sales Field Automation .
Project management experience
Business experience in a relevant function is beneficial
Experience working in:
SAP and Integration with 3rd party systems
Power BI reporting
Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English
Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams
Extensive technical specification, configuration, master data, batch jobs and general understanding/knowledge related to Product Streams
Solution integration knowledge is required.
Resolve business application related incidents and conduct root cause analysis to improve markets’ performance
Proven record of identifying and implementing successful projects with positive business results.
Demonstrated ability to learn new tech
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to work independently and drive results
Fluent English is a must
Experience in leading cross-functional and/or international projects is a plus
Willingness to work across pillars, project, and products as needed within Marketing, Sales & eBusiness
