As a Territory Manager at AWS you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of an emerging technology.

The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and technical background that enables them to drive an engagement at the CXO level as well as with software developers and IT architects. You should also be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a territory coverage plan and consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets.

Key job responsibilities

  • Work with demand generation, partner, marketing, business development and technical teams to manage and grow the Territory

  • Manage numerous existing and new accounts concurrently & strategically

  • Meet or exceed revenue goals and targets

  • Develop and execute against a strategic plan that leads to AWS adoption and new business opportunities

  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS

  • Analyze metrics data to help evolve your business plan

  • Manage entire lifecycle of key opportunities from adoption to closure

  • Accelerate customer adoption through building and driving relationships with C-level executives and other decision makers

About the team

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

Warsaw, POL

Basic Qualifications

  • Several years of technology sales, business development, or complex IT solutions experience

  • High level of understanding of Cloud Technology

  • Ability to work cross functionally

  • Ability to think and act independently within a fast-paced multi-task driven environment

  • Fluent in one of CEE languages (PL, RU, CZ/SK preferred) and English with strong written and verbal communication

Preferred Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of the SMB or ENT market in CEE

  • Engineering or computer science degree

  • Literacy in Salesforce
