Stanley Black and Decker Payroll Integration Analyst in Warsaw, Poland

Purpose

You will be responsible for analyzing business processes within the HR and Payroll functions (especially for application-to-application data interfaces) within assigned projects and enhancements requests. This role requires a deep understanding of HR, payroll, and time application data management to support our business objectives and contribute to our ongoing success. Accountable for meeting business requirements and build activities within project delivery.

The Job (responsibilities):

  • Creating application integration mapping requirements documentation including associated business processes and well as source to target mapping and transformation requirements.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into detailed integration requirements.

  • Working with development lead to ensure testing environments are aligned for user acceptance testing (UAT)

  • Working with development to ensure integration requirements are met by development deliverables.

  • Leading business team through creation of test scripts, data preparation and documenting test results.

  • Manage payroll and time enhancement projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring timely delivery.

  • Ensure execution plan is on track and reports any major deviations in timeline.

The Person (requirements):

  • Higher Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll and time & attendance integrations, including hands-on deployment and support.

  • Advantage: experience with Workday, ADP and UKG applications

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

  • Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Waterfall and Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development)

  • ITFS Project Methodology knowledge

  • English language – professional communication

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively independently and with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
