The Master Data Analyst will be responsible for ensuring Service Now requests are resolved in a timely manner and according to policies and guidelines. They will support projects and prepare SOX Controls.
What you will do
Operations Management
Ensure incoming requests are processed according to SLA and in compliance to guidelines and policies
Identify process standardization and continuous improvement opportunities
Adopt and comply with process excellence methodology (lean six sigma, MDI, change control)
Work closely with different departments and proactively manages stakeholders
Control and compliance
Maintain a quality focus culture within the team
Responsible for preparing the relevant SOX controls
Ensure efficient, timely and satisfactory implementation of corrective actions for deficiencies identified by Senior Supervisor, Internal Control or Audit
Create and maintain internal processes and controls documentation
Scope of Services: vendor and employee master data maintenance, creation/change of chart of accounts, intercompany vendors and customers maintenance, project codes and dir3 (electronic invoicing Spain)
What you need
A combined professional experience of minimum 2 years in the areas of finance master data: vendor, customer, items, employees, chart of accounts
Fluency in English
Bachelor or HBO Degree in Finance/Business related subjects
Accustomed to working with deadlines, ability to manage multiple priorities
Service Now or similar workflow management tooling - preferable
ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, MFG pro, BPCS, PRMS, SQL) - preferable
Experience in a multinational or shared service center is a plus
