Junior Strategy Analyst (Portfolio Diagnostic) - internship

About the Role:

As a CBRE Junior Strategy Analyst:

• .

• You will be responsible for supporting team in models, tools and templates development.

• You will prepare various analyses focused on cost reduction opportunities that leverage CBRE’s platform and consulting expertise.

• You will work in a hybrid mode(1 day fromoffice is required).

What You’ll Do:

· Performs various analyses in Excel and provide interactive data visualization with Tableau and Microsoft Office Suit

· Perform improvement of models and Tableau dashboards to produce more automatic solutions

· Supports with research into markets and trends that will be relevant for real estate strategic considerations

· Together with strategy leads take part in development of real estate portfolio strategies, portfolio diagnosis and opportunity spotting

· Support the wider team in preparing presentation deck presenting results of the analysis

· Support the wider team in collating data

What You’ll Need:

· Interest in business analysis, data analysis and visualization, preferred in real estate sector

· Good knowledge of Tableau, ability to create Tableau dashboards is a must

· Advanced skills in Excel

· Advanced skills in PowerPoint - preparing presentation decks

· Willingness to develop models, create improvement solutions into used tools e.g. Tableau dashboards

· Hands-on experience in data analytics, data visualization and business intelligence

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

· Proactive attitude
