Overview

You will provide systems support for Altair EcoSystem, a bespoke SAP platform, along with other ERPs, to prestigious Groupe brands and their shared service centres. The main focus will be problem-solving, service coordination, client engagement, support compliance and assessment.

You will be working within a small team, spread across several countries, which supports thousands of users and numerous brands. You will need to liaise with any individuals / teams at all levels to ensure we deliver the necessary system support and resolution to the task at hand.

You will ideally be experienced in Business Operations and Profession Services Automation Processes e.g., Clarizen Product. This will include Project and Resource Management to connect our workforce across the platform. This product sits on the Publicis SAP financial engine so a good knowledge of SAP would be an advantage. Excel and Word, with System Support / Service Desk experience and a strong finance background.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the PPM Lead on deploying the PPM tools across our user base and country model

  • Analysing and seeking resolution for PPM tool (Clarizen) and any financial or system queries that users may have with Clarizen or Altair (SAP) via queues in our ticketing system (Service-Now)

  • Supporting the Agencies when performing user acceptance testing and training

  • Liaise with offshore teams with regards to tickets which cannot be resolved locally.

  • Co-ordinate with various teams with regular issue resolutions meetings – Agency Teams, Core Teams, Management and Offshore Teams

  • Liaise with key users to identify and understand critical requirements (including reporting requirements) and enhancements.

  • Help with the setup of new users and confidential information within Publicis Altair (SAP) Eco-System , including security administration and maintaining user groups.

  • Support the relevant teams when they are implementing new company structures, mergers and acquisitions.

  • Involvement in various projects set out in the Groupe’s Application Program Strategy

Qualifications

  • PPM Operational Background such as Clarizen Product for PSA

  • SAP

  • Finance background.

  • Experience with providing systems support to large number of users or agencies

  • Experience with ticketing systems.

Important, but not essential

  • Experience in advertising or other marketing firms would be beneficial.

  • Knowledge of how agencies and media companies work is a plus.
