Mondelez International Early Careers Advisor with Bulgarian in Warsaw, Poland

Job Description

As an Early Careers Advisor you will play a pivotal role in identifying & attracting emerging talents. You will be responsible for supporting Early Careers and Professional recruitment processes with Bulgarian language.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent from universities, colleges, and other relevant sources

  • Sourcing of candidates and screening their CVs

  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Bulgarian & English required,

  • University Degree (MA/BA), preferred HR / Psychology or similar.

  • Initial experience in Talent Acquisition or Early Career is nice to have

  • Understanding of Recruitment Trends and best pratices.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to operate in a constantly changing environment, to work through ambiguity
