As the Customer Service and Logistic Specialist you are responsible for customer order management, from the order confirmation through planning shipments and final invoicing. Our team is located in Warsaw and we offer hybrid working mode

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Processing orders

• Coordination of shipments and deliveries

• Inventory management

• Communication with the customers and third-party providers

• Daily interactions with external and internal customer to deliver exceptional customers service

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in business, management, logistics, business administration OR equivalent experience

• A confident problem solver with demonstrated critical thinking and collaboration skills

• Communicative level of English language and good communication skills

• Ability to manage scheduling and planning processes
