At Procter & Gamble, we’re currently looking for Category Sales Specialist with strong technical skills and high attention to detail, who will support our Regional Oral Care Market Strategy & Planning team. In this role, you will be exposed to a wide variety of customer business planning experiences such as sales planning, in-store excellence. You will build skills in the areas of collaboration, communication, priority-setting, and agility.

*You will be based in Poland, but work in close collaboration with the Market Strategy & Planning team based in our regional office, in Geneva.Responsibilities

  • Own key processes and tools to bring category team’s innovation launches, sales strategies and in store executions to life across Oral Care Europe. This will require liaising with the key multi-functional contacts and Regional Market Strategy & Planning to ensure top quality excellence in execution.

  • Preparation and analysis of key projects such as tracking reports, competitive summaries, market dynamics and / or sales strategies to enable business and category growth.

  • Learn and expertly use P&G systems and software to facilitate business needs.

  • Build relationships and collaborate with multi-functional resources, account handlers and agency contacts to deliver joint business goals.

  • Team Support – Meeting/convention logistics, registration and co-ordination.

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Early experience in similar commercial role in multinational environment preferably in Consumer Goods, Consumer Electronics, Retail or similar industry.

  • Prior expertise in working with planograms will be an advantage.

  • Strong planning and follow through skills.

  • Strong reporting skills.

  • Fluency in English, both spoken & written.

  • MsOffice proficiency, experience working with Excel is required.

  • Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
