Analyst Intern

About the Role:

As a CBREAnalyst Intern, you will join our dynamic team and contribute to various projects that drive business insights and strategic decisions. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and project management within a supportive and collaborative environment..

What You’ll Do:

  • : Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to support business operations and decision-making processes.

  • : Assist in the preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and insights effectively.

  • : Contribute to various projects by performing data analysis, developing models, and providing insights that guide project outcomes.

  • : Work closely with team members and other departments to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.

  • Identify areas for process optimization and contribute to the implementation of best practices in data management and analysis.

What you'll need:

  • : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

  • : Familiarity with data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or other relevant programs.

  • : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data findings clearly and concisely.

  • : High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling and analyzing data.

  • : Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with colleagues across various functions.
