Are you passionate about gaming and data analytics? Lionbridge Games, a global leader in all things games, is expanding its Data and Analytics department. We've been the secret weapon behind countless successful games for over a decade, working with developers to deliver the best audio, localization, and Quality Assurance products.

We're in search of an expert in advanced analytics and machine learning techniques with an interest in video game telemetry. This role works closely with customers and internal teams to develop new insights that help drive test plan creation and stability confidence.

What You Will Do:

• Work with key customer stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver reporting that analyzes test coverage of in-game maps, narrative flow/frequency, and general game performance.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive data reports and dashboards, leveraging data visualization tools to present data in a clear, insightful manner that facilitates strategic decision-making.

• Analyze and interpret ambiguous data sets to derive meaningful insights on both a regular and as-needed basis.

• Identify data sources, build advanced code to extract and process raw data from upstream sources using Python and SQL and other necessary tools.

• Work with cross-functional teams to develop product roadmaps, user stories, and solutions that deliver tangible business value.

• Explore and apply AI and Machine Learning to improve daily operations.

• Explain complex solutions to an audience with a diverse knowledge set to help drive adoption.

To Be Successful You Will Have:

• A computer science degree.

• 3-5 years as a data analyst with heavy emphasis on big data, driving development of complex and high-stakes projects.

• Experience in visualizing data to develop recurring reporting and actionable insights.

• Knowledge of software development practices, and the use of hooks to capture live data.

• Expertise in SQL, including query authoring and working within a cloud environment.

• Strong Python skills, with hands-on experience in data processing, analytics libraries, and frameworks. Bonus points for experience in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or a similar library.

• Fluent English in both speaking and writing.

• Working knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts and how to apply them in a big data environment.

• Excellent problem-solving skills--you’re always looking for to improve processes.

• Curiosity and kindness are highly prioritized. Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for team collaboration drive success.

• Comfort operating independently.

• PowerBI, Tableau, Azure, Redshift, and Dundas BI experience all a plus.
