Aerotek Machine Operator $23+HR in Warren, Ohio
Machine Operator $22-23/HR
2nd and 3rd shift openings
MUST TRAIN ON 1st
Responsibilities
Set up equipment offline, including setups, changeovers, and first-off inspections.
Conduct first-off inspections for all runs on the line.
Use all tools available for inspection and measurement.
Operate roll form machines and receive training for the same.
Drive a forklift and load trucks.
Perform inventory counts.
Read and interpret prints.
Conduct quality inspections.
Operate an overhead crane.
Document inspected parts manually.
Read setup instructions and notes for press setup and roll former operation.
Complete inspection reports with high attention to detail.
Focus on quality over volume in production.
Utilize micrometers and calipers, with training provided.
Follow lockout/tagout procedures strictly.
Must Haves:
Proficiency in reading tape measures, blueprints, and work instructions.
High attention to detail and experience in documentation.
At least 1 year of machine operating and setup experience.
Willingness to work 10-hour shifts.
Possession of steel toe boots.
Mechanical aptitude, including the ability to operate tow motors and overhead cranes.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
