Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join their growing team. As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be a key member of the Manufacturing Engineering department, supporting various production teams.

The ideal candidate is a results-oriented professional with a passion for efficiency and innovation. You possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively.

Job Title: Senior Process Engineer

Location: Wareen, MI

Pay Range: $37-41/hr

What’s the Job?

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for high-quality parts and assemblies.

• Design, source, and integrate equipment and tooling for efficient production.

• Implement Lean principles to streamline operations and reduce waste.

• Manage major projects from conception to launch, ensuring accountability for results.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent training/experience.

• Minimum of 10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.

• At least 5+ years managing major projects, including new product launches.

• Demonstrated success in Design for Manufacturing.

• Willingness to travel for extended periods.

• Proficiency in automated processes and Microsoft Suites.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Ability to lead workgroups and manage projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's of Science in Engineering

• Controls/Robotics Experience

• Certified Project Manager

• 6-sigma Green or Blackbelt

• QPM
