Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team at our crouton-making facility in Wareham, MA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient crouton production. This is a full-time position with regular Monday to Friday shifts, offering competitive pay and a great work environment. --- Key Responsibilities: ? Operate and monitor production machines to ensure consistent product quality. ? Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machines as necessary to maintain efficient operation. ? Perform regular quality checks on croutons to ensure they meet company standards. ? Follow safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment. ? Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment. ? Assist with the packaging and labeling of croutons for shipment. ? Perform basic machine maintenance and report any issues to the supervisor. ? Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. ? Adhere to all company policies and procedures. --- Qualifications: ? Previous experience in a machine operator or production role preferred, especially in a food manufacturing setting. ? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets. ? Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills. ? Basic mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems. ? Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. ? Ability to follow instructions and work independently. ? Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team. ? Must be reliable and punctual, with the ability to work 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday. --- Benefits: ?
