Exciting opportunity for Full Charge Bookkeepers with 5+ years of experience in a variety of industries. Responsibilities include full cycle processing of payables, receivables, journal entries, posting to the general ledger, bank reconciliation, budgeting, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable

• Verify, allocate, and post transactions

• Maintain and balance general ledger

• Bank and Credit Card reconciliation

• Manage month end and quarter end closing

• Process payroll

• Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

• Other projects as requested

  Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' full charge bookkeeper experience in multiple industries

• Proficiency in widely utilized accounting software applications such as Netsuite, QuickBooks, Yardi, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage Etc.

• Advanced Excel

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
